We ship via Fed Ex, USP and UPS based on rates and seasonal deliverability. Please let us know in order comments section if you would like to select/request a carrier.  Dynamic Roots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked "Delivered" by the carrier.  If you need your package shipped "signature required", please leave us a note in the comments section of your order.  Dynamic Roots is NOT responsible for packages marked "Delivered".

To ensure best shipping and handling, domestic orders are shipped Tuesday and Thursday, except holidays.  Tracking information will be emailed to you.

International Orders - Dynamic Roots is not accepting international orders at this time.  Thank you.

Returns Policy

By purchasing Dynamic Roots products you have agreed to all terms & conditions.  If you believe that a products is causing an undesirable reaction, please refer to list of product ingredients on item and on product page.  We will do our best to serve your needs but we do not offer refunds or exchanges  for products that do not agree with you unless there is a clear known product defect.  Please feel free to email with any questions.  We are happy to assist you in understanding our products, ingredients and how to use products.

Dynamic Roots strives to please all of our customers.  If you are not happy for any reason, please email us immediately with your questions/comments/problems and pictures to info@dynamicroots.com.  Damaged/defective items may be returned for store credit and must be returned within 14 days of purchase.  Dynamic Roots is a small company and will not/cannot resell any opened product.  Customers will need return approval written via email or verbal.
